Pre-Construction surveys

SiteMotion technology helps to build a virtual representation of the construction area allowing stakeholders to visualize construction area over the project duration to identify potential obstacles to the construction process. Drone technology is able to capture and analyze the extensive amount of data in short period of time providing a detailed overview of information regarding current conditions, terrain, distance, and dimensions which are displayed in high-resolution images and a 3D-model.

Plot measurement and Mapping

Sitemotion facilitates the smooth translation of the data attributes into an architectural form.  The high-quality aerial photos of objects, building and terrain captured by a drone, ensure precise plot measurements making mapping procedures more accurate and realistic. Drone mapping streamlines the site survey process through aerial images, measurements of dimension and analysis of the site. The data captured by a drone is used to create orthoimages, topographic maps, and 3D-models. Gathered information facilitates a better understanding of the area with a single flight over the site. Drone mapping ensures a high level of both relative and absolute accuracy warranting that a given point on a map is accurate relative to other points on the same map and corresponds to a fixed coordinate system in the real world.

The model gives more visualization capabilities since it can be tilted, rotated, and manipulated to provide various views of the designed roadway prism and features. The data generated by 3D-model is processed and used for automatization of construction activities, hence improves the construction process

Foreseeing

Sitemotion uses lasers to capture differences (tolerances) between the 3D-model and the real construction. We register all the layers in the building so that the client get warnings if there are any deviations
